Hello,
I’m the mum of a beautiful, bright, funny 3 1/2 year old. She’s the best thing that ever happened to me. She took a long time to come and join us, and there’s not a day that goes by that I don’t thank my lucky stars that she’s here on this planet. There’s also not a day that goes by when my stress levels hit defcon 1, and I’m left wondering how a toddler can push my buttons more than I knew they could ever be pushed! Baffled by my own inability to manage my stress, and in the absence of expensive one to one therapy, I thought occasionally emptying my brain onto these pages, might help. Who knows? It may even help someone else too.
